DomCop DomCop Newbie Plan - Expiring Domains

In this video you will learn everything you need to get the most of the DomCop Newbie plan.

The Newbie plan gives you access to the Expiring section only. Here you can see two types of domains

(i) domains that are in the pending delete status - these are expiring domains that will be released to the pool, typically in about 5 days time.
(ii) domains that are currently in auctions.

If you only want to place domain backorders or manually catch domains, it’s likely that you are not interested in auctions. You can filter out all auction domains by modifying the setting in the “Listing Type” widget.

At DomCop we encourage customers to use domain backordering for valuable domains instead of trying to catch them directly. The drop catching companies own hundreds of registrars, each with a direct connection to Icann’s servers. This means that it is impossible to compete with them, when trying to catch domains manually.

The very best domains will find their way to auctions. This is a highly competitive industry, so the best domains can often be sold for thousands of dollars a pop. If you are planning to purchase very few domains, or want to purchase a domain for your money-site, we suggest looking at auctions first. You can do this by changing settings in the “Listing Types” widget.
