So I am just curious as to why a blue Chinese (ad?) bar is showing up now on the main page of Google and also my log-in pages?
I know some will say that it's because I am showing a Chinese IP Address...but I checked and it is not in China...Nor am I using a Tor Browser...
Could this be a warning sign?
